William Balfour, the man who police have helled in custody as a suspect in the murders of Oscar Winner - Jennifer Hudson's family was formally charged with 3 counts of 1st-degree murder. I don't feel like typing all this so here is the story from MTV. com...

Prosecutors contended that Balfour killed the three family members because he was angry that his estranged wife, the singer's sister Julia, was dating another man, and said that he went to the family's home the morning of the killings and confronted her. Prosecutors told the court that Balfour had driven to the Hudson home on October 24 (despite his claim that he took an "L" train), that he and Julia had left the house together and that she saw him walking toward a car. They said he returned to the home at the time of the shootings with a weapon that belonged to Hudson's brother, Jason (believed to have been taken without permission).
Balfour's mother, Michelle Davis-Balfour, countered that he was dating three other women at the time, and that jealousy would not have been an issue. She told reporters outside the courthouse that the police and prosecutors' version of events "doesn't make any sense." "My son did not do this," she insisted.
Prosecutors said that they had cell phone tower records proving Balfour was in the area of the Hudson home and not his home, as Balfour claimed to police. They said they had public-transit records and surveillance camera footage proving that he did not take an "L" train as claimed. They said they had multiple witnesses who claim to have seen Balfour with a gun or heard him say he had a weapon. And they said they found gunshot residue on the steering wheel of the car that they claimed he had driven the morning of the murders.
Balfour's attorney, Joshua Kutnick, disputed the evidence, saying that there were no witnesses to the murders, and there was no connection between Balfour and the gun police think were used in the murders.

My Prayers go out to the family and i hope justice is served and we get the truth behind this senseless crime....

Well it official.... Katt Williams has lost his Mutha Fuckin' Mind!!!! he is in the crazy house!!! i guess them chemicals from his perms have seeped down into his head and had a bad reaction to all the alcohol and drugs in his system...According to South Carolina's local paper "The Item", his baby's mother and daughter had him involuntarily committed.[Katt's lawyer Garryl Deas explained,] "His demeanor was a little troubled," Deas said. He said the actor seemed "disoriented."About that time, family or close friends of Williams arrived to try to take him to the hospital for mental evaluation, Deas said. He said the family was seeking to have the actor committed. He was under the impression the family members were a teenaged daughter and the daughter's mother. Williams, however, did not want to listen to their urging that he visit the hospital, Deas said.His erratic behavior continued."He just said that he doesn't trust anyone anymore," Deas said. He said he thought "everyone has turned against him. He wasn't really coherent."By that point, the actor was "speaking gibberish," Deas said, though he declined to guess whether the actor was intoxicated.Deas said the family was seeking an order from a probate judge to force him to be seen for a mental evaluation. Sumter Probate Judge Dale Atkinson, however, said neither he nor any of his staff issued a pickup order for anyone by the name of Katt Williams.Sumter County Sheriff Anthony Dennis said, however, that an order was issued by the probate court and that because his department becomes involved with these type of matters, his office was called.Dennis said the call came in around noon and deputies arrived to transport Williams to the hospital. Well First off... I have the scans of America's fav. Couple Will & Jada on the cover of Essence Magazine. Don't they look good??? They are truly a power couple and they show that you actual can make a relationship work in Hollywood... In other Smith news... Lil Jaden (the boy who stole the show in "Pursuit of Happiness") Will be starring in "The Next Karate Kid" remake of the 1984 Hit film. Some say the movie is even being written just for the real life Karate student and will be produced by daddy Will Smith. The twist, aside from Afro-American tot in the lead, is the setting which will include Beijing and other cities. Filming is said to be set for next year. I'm not a real big fan of the karate kid movies but I trust Will... Will u be in attendance at the movies to see this???...

Well it looks as if one of my favorite movies growing up is being remade.... I'm really not sure if this is a good thing or not. the first movie really sucks when you look at it now.. the story line, the acting, etc... everything was really cheesy which makes it funny. a movie about a black kung-fu master named "Bruce Leroy"....LOL! Anywayz according to The Hollywood Reporter, the Samuel L. Jackson will play “Sho'nuff, the Shogun of Harlem,” a role played by the late Julius Carry in the original film. The Last Dragon update will coincide with the 50th anniversary of Berry Gordy’s Motown Records next year. Well i guess I'll have to wait and see who else they cast....

Baton Rouge rapper Torrance Hatch, also known as Lil Boosie, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly possessing marijuana and a firearm as well as running from law enforcement.East Baton Rouge Parish deputies arrested Hatch at 4 p.m. after Hatch pulled up next to the deputies at Government Street and Interstate 10, an arrest warrant says.The deputies smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the rapper’s white Dodge Challenger, the warrant says.When the deputies approached the vehicle, Hatch, 25, refused to get out and attempted to drive away. The arrest comes on the heels of his rapping partner Webbie being arrested on similar charges, after leading police on a high speed car chase in Mississippi on September 14. Webbie, born Webster Gradney Jr., was arrested and charged with DUI and marijuana possession, after police attempted to pull over his Dodge Challenger for a traffic violation on Interstate 59. He ignored the officers lights and continued driving, until he collided with another vehicle.
Both rappers also face several multi-million dollar lawsuits throughout the country, for allegedly booking shows, keeping the advance monies and failing, or refusing to perform. Well I guess they should have swerved on em'

Here is their report:
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Jennifer Hudson's mother was one of two victims shot and killed in Chicago earlier today.A neighbor tells TMZ the other victim was Jennifer's brother Jason. A cousin who lived nearby discovered the bodies.We're told the two bodies were found dead on the scene at 2:44 PM. When the fire department arrived and discovered the bodies were already dead, police were brought in and the home was declared a crime scene.

Okay the best thing about this years hip hop awards were the commercials LOL.. but here's just a quick run through...

Host - T-pain was the host after Katt Williams quit, t-pain was the last min. replacement and he did a good job for someone who found out they were hosting a few hours before show time. His synthesiser skit and his intro to his performance were very memorable.

Performances - T.I.'s performance was off the chain he shared the stage with Ludacris in a joint "Kings of ATL" performance. Common and N.E.R.D. performance was a damn fool... everybody running on stage and moshing.. great energy but I still hate the song. Jezzy, Plies, and Rick Ross were a waste of time. Salt n Pepa, Mc Lyte, & Yo-yo were great & showed they still had it but we really needed EnVouge for "What a Man". Last and Least, Bow Wow and Soulja Boy closed the show and their performance ran beside the credits on half the screen LOL.. thats what he gets... who the hell likes "Marco Polo"?

Extras Points - Ciara looked a hot mess and DJ khaled should have had his own music turned on him... you won...we hear you...

Lyfe Jennings is facing two new felony charges and three misdemeanor charges after leading authorities on a chase in an Atlanta suburb Sunday night (Oct 19), and refusing to submit to an on-site DUI test.According to a statement released by the Smyrna Police Department, the platinum recording artist, born Chester J. Jennings, was apprehanded shortly after officers responded to a report of gunshots on Spring Woods Drive in Smyrna, just west of Atlanta.

“Upon their arrival officers encountered the suspect vehicle leaving the area,” the statement reads. “The vehicle was a red 2005 Chevrolet Corvette, later determined to be registered to Chester J. Jennings. Officers entered into a pursuit with the vehicle, which later crashed.”

Having served ten years in prison on felony arson charges, Jennings was also accused of two new felony offenses: Attempting to Elude and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Plastic Surgery Addict / Rapper Lil Kim is once again back in the news for legal troubles rather than music and it looks like she wont be making nay new music anytime soon. The Rapper is being sued by her independent record label Brooklyn Media. The judge in the case, served her with a temporary injunction that prevents her from recording any new music. The order followed a $2 million dollar breach of contract suit. the Lawsuit states that Lil' Kim, left, was paid $300,000 advance by Brooklyn Media to buy out her contract with Atlantic Records and make a new album (budgeted with an additional $674,000), but by the end of the summer she had only produce 3 new tracks.

Also Her & Foxy Brown are being sued by publisher Simon$Schuster Inc. for not delivering their tell-all autobiographies that were supposed to be finished in 2005. Sounds like to me that Kim needs to get it together because we don't want her to end up like foxy... unless she already has....

Well last week i was talkin' mad shit about Michelle Williams new album unexpected and even though I'm not bout to lie and say it's the best album of 2008 but i will say I was unexpectedly pleased with a few tracks from the album.. No the album is not going to break in billboard records but she does have some good/okay songs on the album... my fave so far has been "Stop This Car". Her album is the type of Cd that you wont really like any of the songs the first time you hear them. It takes a couple of listens before it stops getting on your nerves and you can enjoy it. Her next single is "The Greatest" and i do hate it and i would bet my biggest paycheck that it will do just as good as "Break the Dawn" did. T.I. does it again ladies and gentleman. He just broke his own record for biggest jump to the #1 spot in Billboard's 50 year history. First he did it with "Whatever You Like" when it jumped from #71 to #1 six weeks ago and this week "Live Your Life ft. Rihanna" jumped from #80 to #1 also set a record for the most paid downloads by a debuting single. I'm happy for Cliff he deserves some good news with the whole prison time and child support drama... Two new singles by Beyoncé premiered on the radio Wednesday (October Cool in advance of the November 18 release of her upcoming album, I Am ... . I know... I know.. it's starting to look Like B'day.. but what can I say... she is the baddest... She is going to be on the cover of Essence. The normally private person opens up a little and comments on her relationship with jay and the weeding.

First off we have the second video off Jazmine Sullivan's Fearless "Bust Your Windows" well what can I say.... I'm a little disappointed. Jazy did say in a recent interview that you cant "bust windows" in videos anymore...(i would like to know why???) but if you cant bust windows i could have thought of alot of other stuff to do in it then what she did.. i guess the budget was 2 low to be breaking expensive shit.. cuz niggas would have been crying when they seen my video ( bye bye xbox 360 lol)

We also have the new one from Ciara's Fantasy Ride "Go Girl ft. T-pain" . I'm feeling it but it's just regular Ciara.... she needs to be more inventive or something.... it regular what you expect from her... she played it safe... but i guess if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Just Like Diddy.... to kick somebody out the group for telling the truth... last night's episode of making the band brought up all the drama we were hearing about this summer... that Aundrea, Dawn and Shannon were doing their thing and D.Woods and Aubrey were doing there's and it might not be a Danity Kane anymore. Diddy was talking about stuff he ain't know about and got mad when him & Dawn got put on blast about trying to mold her into a solo artist and for her to be the new face of Bad Boy! and she didn't hear it from Perez or TMZ... know she hears from his own team... so he kicked her out cuz Aubrey don't need Diddy or DK.. she is a very smart woman... She knows the history of "making the band" so she made sure she made a name for herself outside of DK!!! i wish her an the other girls the most success....

Here it is... "If I Were a Boy" The first single from Beyonce's new LP... She has reinvented herself again.. it's a "pop" ballad that's shows off her vocal abilities. the girl has great delivery and sings it like she means it!. It's not my Favorite B song ever but it's good. Its defiantly supposed to be a TRL Mtv Smash and the other single "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" is supposed to be Get Me Bodied part 2 and will be all over 106 and park. The Queen is SMART for that!!!. Cant wait to see the video....

Jay-Z left fans disappointed last night at Miami’s Bayfront Park Amphithreatre, as the rapper cancelled his second free Obama show at the last minute, due to rumored throat problems.
Upset event organizers first attempted to stall for time, stating he was just running late, but eventually made the announcement to concert-goers.
With October 6 being the last day for eligible voters in Miami to register, organizers feel a great opportunity was missed.
“The whole concert has had to be cancelled because it was Jay-Z who pulled out. We haven’t been told why, but I’m sure all the fans want an explanation,” an anonymous Bayfront Park official speculated.
The free concert/voter registration drive was set to include supporting performances from Wyclef Jean and Rick Ross.
However, the entire event was scrapped due to the backlash from fans after Jay’s cancellation.
Over the past year, Jay-Z has shown vocal support for Obama at his shows, most noticeably on the Blueprint 3 lead single “Jockin’ Jay-Z.”
During the early stages of his campaign trail, Obama citied the rap star as one of the favorite artists in his Ipod.
